Meditation is easy!

Seriously, take 10 minutes to renew and refresh your spirit. Breathe into your stomach, not your shoulders, and let your breath escape through your lips.

Just be. Listen. Breathe when she tells you to.

When thoughts pop into your mind, pop them like a bubble and refocus on her words… Namaste, and Blessed Be! ❤
