The breathing in of healing energy allows us to release the negativity with our exhale. For 13 minutes each morning, I find myself in the simple act of breathing.
If life’s stresses are getting you down, experiment with meditation. My moods have improved and so has my writing. Find your clarity and purpose. Meditate. ❤
