We know that to charge an object our spoken words are rarely enough. I would like to be able to look at rock and just speak to it and have it be the thing I want it to be, but I cannot. This is where the elements step in.

In our tradition when preparing talismans and amulets we bide by the rule of elements. Meaning that we incorporate Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit into our charms. If I am gifted a pentacle necklace, it will simply hang as a shiny ornament around my neck. But if I take that necklace and infuse it with the elements, I get something so much more out of it.
