How to Lucid Dream (The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide) ⋆

What is lucid dreaming? Per “A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.”

      1. Yes. I am very much into lucid dreaming. Do you still want me to go through The Swamp Fairy? No-charge. Send me the latest manuscript. If it hasn’t changed, let me see if I still have it. I have just finished the year-long ghostwriting project for the guy in California. Maybe now that it is done, and I have all three of my new auto-immune conditions reasonably under control (for a total of 5), I can control my bitchiness. Everyone has to collect something. I apologize for my rudeness to you. Totally out of character for me. I mean, like, for my whole life. Sorry is not enough, I know. I hope my replacement is doing well. I will not be returning to Facebook. Using LinkedIn, Twitter, blog. I never thought anything could be worse than 2018. “Never say never; you just have to eat your words.”

      2. First off… welcome back. I’ve missed you. Second, no one can replace you, ever. I knew you were going through some things and thought it best to wait for you to get it handled. I was never your friend to get free editing. That’s not how I roll. You know you can message me on LinkedIn or email me any time you want. I know life has dealt you a bad hand but you also have the strength to overcome anything… which I see you are well on the road to doing. I went through some massive health issues this year too and we moved to Arizona. All I can say is – onward and upward. Let’s move forward. Life is too short not to have good friends. ❤

      3. Thank you, my friend. I knew I was useless at the time. I accepted the loss of Sisters. But I heard from Facebook before I heard from you. I don’t like Facebook, never have, have made my page inactive many times. This time I deleted it for good. People don’t understand me. They take it personally. It has nothing to do with any of that. It has to do with the number of hours in a day. I knew you were sick and hard to move for your health. Was so glad it happened quickly … a blessing. I never thought our barter was one-sided. I was so looking forward to working together. We have different skill sets that complement each other. Then, I got lost. I’m trying to restore balance, but I don’t know how. Too much work, too much solitude of my own making. But we heal in the silence between the breaths and from one heartbeat to the next. 💟

Dreaming, especially of the Lucid nature, has always been an interest of mine. For as long as I can remember I have had very vivid dreams and with practice I have learned to become lucid. I once tried to get friends to practice with me in hopes of creating a shared dream. We weren’t able to actually meet up in the dream world but we did accomplish one of the tasks we had set out to do, which was to visit a specific place that we were all familiar with in the waking world. We all got there but at different times. Our main methods of practice were recording our dreams daily and performing “reality checks” frequently. It took a while for some but the techniques do really work!
